Evergreen United Nieghborhood Centre
Eco-Ethonomics provided consulting services to Evergreen United Neighborhood Centre in Thunder Bay Ontario. The organizations leadership were led through a process to develop a “theory of change” to define the change context and approach the organization was taking. The process provided a chance for staff to get clear on fundamental beliefs, values and question assumptions. The process was continued by laying the groundwork for an evaluation strategy through working on a logic model that encompassed some of the organizations key programs/services.
