Eco-Ethonomics Inc. is working with the London and Middlesex Community Food Assessment Implementation Team, the Middlesex-London Health Unit and London Food Bank, to conduct a Community Food Assessment and produce a report. The report will integrate key evidence relating to the community food system in London and Middlesex County. This project involves a collaborative and participatory process to analyze a wide range of food-related resources and issues. Information from the report will be used to guide action that will advance community food security and the development of a more sustainable food system in the area.
