Procom is a leading IT recruitment company that has offered specialized staffing services and workforce management solutions for 30 years. Eco-Ethonomics worked with Procom on the company’s brand identity. The process included conducting interviews with clients, consultants and staff, and then facilitating two full day branding session with key staff from across Canada and the United States. Through these intensive working sessions, staff developed a new brand identity for the company which included a brand vision, story, personification, promise and essence. Procom’s new messaging and brand elements were then packaged into a branding guide to be finalized by the CEO and Senior Management Team.
