Region of Peel
Eco-Ethonomics Inc. is currently working with the Region of Peel to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of the existing Emergency Food System Distribution Network in Brampton, Caledon and Mississauga, through a review and gap analysis. Determination of the current system will be measured based on the perspective of the key stakeholders including food providers, organizations and food bank clients. The project uses a mixed methods approach including 11 focus groups, one on one person interviews with more than 100 food bank providers and clients as well as a quantitative survey.
