Canadian Hearing Society
Eco-Ethonomics Inc. is working with the senior management team and internal champions at the Canadian Hearing Society to assess the feasibility of multiple business activities currently operating within the organization. The process will include in-depth business planning on a defined set of core services that have the potential to be integrated into an accessibility solutions social enterprise model. The project includes a 4-6 month planning process which begins with feasibility, progresses through defining the business model and doing marketing planning, and ending with 3-5 years of financial planning with a in-depth risk assessment.
