Eco-Ethonomics worked with the management team and select staff to guide and coach them through a business planning process to develop a cleaning service social enterprise in the North York area. The team performed market research, interpreted data and market trends, developed a business model, and completed operational and financial planning for three years. The business plan was submitted to the Toronto Enterprise Fund business planning competition and was awarded third place by the selection committee out of all submissions.
