Eco-Ethonomics and associates, co-facilitated a full organizational development and business planning process with senior management and program staff.  A complex educational, training and employment support model were developed into a human development plan to be integrated into the business.  The plan included a self-employment stream which was designed to support women entering the decorative painting and restorative finishing trades.
