YWCA Hamilton Cafe/Catering Social Enterprise
The YWCA Hamilton proposed to renovate its ground floor in its downtown location to operate a cafe and catering social enterprise offering local, fresh food and a warm community space. Our work included working with senior management to assess the feasibility of the business model. The feasibility study has took into consideration market conditions and initial investment required for renovations of a commercial kitchen and generated three year financial projections.
