Eco-Ethonomics is currently working with the Senior Leadership at Community Living Mississauga (CLM) to plan and develop a new core strategy for their social purpose enterprise. CLM has operated Mississauga Packaging and Assembly for over 15 years, a social enterprise which offers employment opportunities to individuals with developmental disabilities. Eco-Ethonomics is facilitating a full review of the business and its current operations, legal structure, market research, development of business strategy, marketing plan, operational and staffing model, financial planning and risk assessment.
