Savour Stratford Perth County Collaborative Model Development
Savour Stratford Perth County and its parent organization, Stratford Tourism Alliance, engaged collaborators across the County of Perth to form a steering committee to look at the feasibility of a new collaborative business model. The aim is to broaden the mandate of Savour Stratford Perth County to champion a local food strategy in the Region and be more inclusive of the extended supply chain, while building on the successes of SSPC’s Culinary Festival. Potential collaborators/partners include: Perth Community Futures Development Corporation, The Corporation of the County of Perth, Slow Food Perth County, Perth County Visitors Association, Stratford Chef’s School, The Local Community Food Centre, Huron/Perth Farm-to-Table and others.
