Green IT Social Enterprise
Eco-Ethonomics worked closely with Green IT, a social enterprise owned and operated by Green Communities Canada, to facilitate a business planning process with the current staff. The business offers a number of information technology support and training services to small-to-medium sized organizations, including IT support, website design and hosting, teleconferencing and webinar services, as well as, e-learning seminars on how to utilize collaborative technology. Our work included market research, financial planning, operational analysis and developing a marketing plan.
