Furniture Bank is a socially progressive organization that helps transform lives by giving people in need gently used furniture and housewares, which help turn their houses into homes. Eco-Ethonomics Inc. has been hired to assist Furniture Bank in developing a comprehensive three-year Strategic Plan (2018-2020). To do this, the consultant team will conduct an environmental scan which will include an organizational review and a stakeholder engagement process. Utilizing the learnings from key stakeholders and an organizational assessment, a briefing report will be written to help kick-start the strategic planning process.  The consultant team will then co-ordinate, develop and facilitate strategic planning workshops to narrow down and make recommendations on strategic objectives and goals. The draft strategic plan will be revised and finalized as Furniture Bank’s 2018-2020 Strategic Plan. Lastly, the team will help develop an implementation/action plan with staff and senior management input, which will be approved by the board of directors.
