Eco-Ethonomics and associates planned and facilitated a two-day strategic planning session with the board of directors which led to the development of a strong strategic plan.

Eco-Ethonomics facilitated a two-day planning retreat for the board of directors for the Toronto based cooperative for university students. The organization was responsible for numerous residential buildings, houses and facilities and protecting these assets. The group worked through many detailed discussions to get clear on some of the broader directions the organization would set as priorities for the upcoming years.
