Eco-Ethonomics worked with the executive director of Madison Community Services to plan and develop a business concept for a painting service social purpose enterprise.  The organization’s leadership pulled together market research, performed a pricing comparison, drafted financials for three years and defined a competitive advantage for its market positioning.  The group produced a business plan for submission to the Toronto Enterprise Fund.

Kimbercote

Eco-Ethonomics Inc. worked with board and staff at Kimbercote retreat centre to develop a business plan which would help achieve the organizations goals and generate revenue to ensure the financial sustainability of the organization.

Urban Arts

Eco-Ethonomics facilitated both a feasibility and business planning process with Urban Arts senior management and program staff for their social purpose enterprise called Beats.Mind.Movement.  The business employs youth to deliver mobile sound production workshops in schools and recreation centres across the GTA.  The process led to the development of a new sales and marketing strategy to achieve business objectives and detailed financial planning.

Community Environmental Alliance

Eco-Ethonomics and associates worked with the senior management to assess the feasibility of their e-waste recycling social enterprise operating in the Region of Peel.  The enterprise developed a revenue model that could generate revenue from both picking up e-waste and refurbishing computers for sale through their retail outlet.  Share-IT is a fully operational social enterprise that provides employment for new immigrants, offering them skill development and supplemental income.  The social …Read More

Eco-Ethonomics worked with senior management and volunteers to write a business plan for their Lost Rivers Eco-Tourism business.  This process included coaching TGC’s internal team to perform market research, assess market opportunities and develop the social enterprise and operational models, as well as, estimate start-up costs.

St. Leonard’s Place Peel Cleaning Social Enterprise
